All of our products are handmade with care, and we want to make sure they’re just right before they arrive at your door.

We offer scheduled shipping dates that you can select before checkout on the product page.
Prices vary depending on the shipping date you choose — earlier shipping dates tend to be more expensive due to limited availability and high demand, while later dates are offered at lower prices.

How It Works:

  • You select your preferred shipping date on the product page before adding the product to your cart.

  • Shipping prices update based on the selected shipping date.

  • Once your order is placed, we will ship it according to the selected date.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

    United Kingdom & European Union — Free Shipping We ship free of charge to the United Kingdom and all EU member states, including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 12 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

    Australia — Free Shipping We are proud to offer free shipping across Australia. Your order ships from our Sydney warehouse, meaning last-mile delivery starts right here in Australia — with estimated delivery times of 2 to 10 days depending on your location.

    Please note: Shipping to other countries is currently unavailable. If checkout is not possible from your location, it means Flytt is not yet available in your country.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to stay updated on its journey. For the most accurate delivery timelines, please refer to your tracking information.

Important Notes

  • All listed prices include customs duties and fees. Our chairs are handcrafted by our premium manufacturing partners in China and shipped directly to you, no additional charges will be applied upon delivery.

  • Shipping dates operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
    If an earlier date is fully booked, it will no longer be available at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

  • We offer standard shipping only. At this time, expedited shipping is not available, and we’re unable to accommodate carrier requests.

  • For orders of six (6) or more chairs, we provide free curbside freight delivery. If you require additional services beyond curbside delivery, extra fees may apply.
  • We cannot make changes to your shipping addresses or redirect your parcel once your order has been confirmed.

  • Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver each service to some locations, and we may not be able to offer equivalent delivery options to your location. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you, or alternatively arrange with you for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

  • While we make every effort to accurately display the colors of our chairs, slight variations may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. The actual product color may appear slightly different from what you see on your device.

Backorders

Sometimes our chairs sell out—what can we say, people have great taste! If the item you ordered is on backorder, our customer service team will reach out with estimated restock timelines. It may take a little longer, but we promise—it’s worth the wait.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, missed pickup, or unpaid import issues, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional return shipping fees may be charged.
